HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We hope you enjoyed your purchased, however, if you are not pleased with our product, we’d be happy to refund you within 14 days after receiving the item.
For returns of your order, please read the following terms:
- Inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line
- We will provide you with our address to ship your item to
- Return the item with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Please note that the 14-day return policy includes the time required for return shipping and return processing

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. We will not process your refund if your return does not meet the conditions listed or if it is returned after 14 days from the date you received your order.
Once we receive the return item(s), you will be refunded within 24 hours. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. Purchases made using a credit card or PayPal balance will be refunded via PayPal.
We do not refund original shipping costs, taxes, or duties incurred. If you are returning item(s) and no longer qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund. Additionally, there will be a 5% PayPal processing fee deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, the customer is not eligible for a refund, as these cases are a result of customer negligence.
RETURNS POLICY (HOME COLLECTIONS)
Currently all home products are not eligible for exchange. However, if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll be happy to offer you a full refund.
Shipping costs, import taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
Please note, we may be unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and if still in time, we will try our best to accommodate your changes. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed we will unfortunately be unable to refund any shipping related charges incurred.
We currently do not accept exchanges. All exchanges will be refunded.
While we do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to many variations in monitors, digital photography, and browsers, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the color of the actual product. This because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction in digital images are not precise. By purchasing our products you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. Therefore, there a no returns due to color variances.
