DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. When you buy something from another country, then effectively you become an importer and become liable to customs charges incurred on the parcel. You may be asked to pay additional duties and taxes before the parcel is delivered to your address.

As every country has its own set of rules and regulations for importing. Please take a look at this page to check your country’s regulations on duties and taxes.

TAX ID COLLECTION

Some countries, like France, require a customer's Tax ID to be provided upon shipment creation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Why are we collecting your VAT or TAX ID?

We do not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide these services to you. Some countries require us to collect your Value-Added Tax (VAT) ID or Goods and Services Tax (GST) ID, even if we’re not collecting the tax.

We will act in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in countries and regions where we are conducting business.

How to add your Tax ID?

Just fill out your Tax ID in the field at the checkout page.

What happens if I don't submit my Tax ID?

Unfortunately, we can't proceed to ship your order. If you have any questions related to Tax ID collection you are advised to contact your local customs office.
